“BOOT CHECK”

September is suicide awareness and prevention month, something very near & dear to my heart. I personally have about 6-7 buddies that I reach out to (religiously) every Monday, to see how they’re doing. I call it a “BOOT CHECK” -  I’ll text them this “🥾✔️” & they know what it means.  So that’s what inspired me to do this design, plus y’all know I love anything country 🤠 We all need to speak up when we need help. YOU / WE are not alone! It is ok to ask for help. Bury that “so called pride” and reach out to a family member or a friend & talk it out, it could just save your life! I challenge everyone that just read this, to reach out to someone you know that could use a (Just checking in to see how you’re doing? / Do you need anything?)
